Previously, the pneumatic system at a bed and matress manufacturer had to be filled up with 5 dl of conventional pneumatic oil every 12 hours. This led to a production outage of 30 minutes per day.

Our solution

The friction-reducing pneumatic oil Interflon Lube PN32was used. This oil also displaces moisture and protects all parts against corrosion.

Result

The oil consumption of the pneumatic system was reduced by 75%. Interflon Fin Lube PN32 only needs to be filled up once every 5 days. The cost savings per year amount to €29,700.
